About Rabbi Lam

Rabbi Label Lam, a former collegiate athlete and poet, graduated from Colgate University and matriculated at Harvard Extension School. While pursuing a Masters of Education, Rabbi Lam studied many years at Yeshiva Ohr Somayach before launching a multi-faceted career in Jewish Education. Rabbi Lam, a senior lecturer for Arachim Seminars has been inspiring businessmen, college students, and prisoners, through Hamayan Institute, Ohr Samayach Monsey and International for more almost three decades. He is the co-founder of Foundations for Jewish Learning, an outreach project in the US and abroad. Rabbi Lam brings to his lectures rich life experiences, a profound wit, and an infectious love for the Jewish people. He is amongst the most popularly viewed on Torahanytime.com and his insights on the weekly Parsha are received by over 15,000 subscribers, and can be found at www.torah.org. Rabbi Lam is the Principal of Yeshiva Sha’arei Zion, an elementary school with more than 450 students in Forest Hills Queens. He, his wife and 10 children live in Spring Valley N.Y.
